Skillforests helps teams map and grow their skills. We collect only what we need to provide that service, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, work email, and organisation.
• Map data — the skills, levels, and trees you and your team create.
• Usage data — basic, aggregated analytics that help us improve the product.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the service, keep your maps in sync across your team, and communicate with you about your account. Skill and level data is visible only to members of your organisation according to the roles you assign.

Your choices

You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@skillforests.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data within 30 days.
